The Connie Speak.

The Connie is a native Filipino and moved around the world a lot. As a result, her English gets a bit rough at times. As a coping mechanism she has basically created her own language.  We call this “Connie speak.” Below I set forth the main tennants of Connie Speak:

• Frequent usage of catch phrases from Full House, such as “Dude!” and “No way Jose”
• Her new thing to say that everything is “kinda cool”
• She will frequently use words from other languages and expect you to understand them all (Son-in-Law has an especially hard time with this)
• She will often misuse words and come up with something offensive.
• She likes to make strange whooping noises and sing about things.
• She watches Fox News.
